Uncorked is a Portland-based product design and development company focused on the relationship between digital environments and the physical world. They're smart, funny, thoughtful, and absolutely committed to their clients. Uncorked is an excellent group of people.

They brought me in to develop strategy and content for a bot project. We recommended to the client – a well-respected care organization – a super warm and revenue-generating bot. This was an opportunity to change the rules of engagement for a company doing important work for humankind.

• The deliverables included a persona guide (I even wrote this!),  design guidelines (I copyedited and justified the flow logic for this), as well as UX Maps and Guidelines (I concepted, wrote part of, and copy edited this doc)--I've only included the high-level introduction to this guide.

We also developed a prototype for their new app.
